Classic Kebabs

2 Striploin steaks

2 Tbsp approx. of Big Spice Mediterranean Spice Blend

1 Red or Orange pepper

1 Onion

1 Medium package of cherry tomatoes

A perfect summer meal. Easy to make and big on flavour. The aromatic flavours from Big Spice's Mediterranean Spice Blend provide the perfect seasoning to this classic dish. These kabob pair perfectly with a greek salad and couscous or rice.


Soak wooden skewers in a tray of water for at least 1 hour before barbecuing.

Cut up the steak into 1.5 - 2 inch square pieces. Place steak into a large bowl.

Chop the onion and peppers to roughly 1.5 - 2 inch pieces and add to the bowl with the steak. Add the cherry tomatoes.

Measure out ~ 2 tbsp of Big Spice Mediterranean spice blend and a good splash of oil and then mix with the steak pieces and vegetables, making sure to thoroughly coat each piece.

Add pieces of steak and vegetables to your skewers in whichever order you please.

Heat barbecue to medium high heat, pre oil your grilling surface, and place the skewers on the grill. Be sure to rotate when each side developes a nice crust. Cook the steak to your desire doneness.

Take off the grill and serve with a side salad and couscous or rice.
