Cream Cheese Chilli Dip

This dip is so fire. It steals the show every time I make it. It’s so easy, so flavourful and a perfect way to showcase part of your collection of our products.


1 brick of cream cheese.

1 cup of homemade chilli OR 1 can of your canned chilli of choice.

Cheddar or Monterey Jack


Red onion, avocado, tomato and cilantro (optional)

Get a small baking dish (6” x 10”) or a small cast iron pan (6” bottom) and spread the cream cheese to the edges in an even layer. Evenly cover the cream cheese with a sprinkle of some Big Spice All-Purpose spice blend. Pour the chilli on top and spread out evenly to the edges. Shred some cheese on top. Finish with another sprinkle of Big Spice's All-Purpose spice blend and place the dish in a 375°F oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese just melts. Turn on the broiler on and leave under the broiler until a crust develops on the layer of cheese. Take out of the oven and let cool.

When the dip is in the oven prepare your garnishes. After it slightly cools, put your garnish on top and serve warm with some tortilla chips. Enjoy!!
