Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change. The delivery times and costs displayed in the shopping bag at the time of your order will reflect your shipping charges, and when you should expect to receive an order placed on that day. This information will also appear in your order confirmation email.

Local Delivery:

Any orders to be delivered in the town of Caledon, Orangeville, or Brampton will be eligible for $2 delivery. Local deliveries will be made every Sunday until further notice. 

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via Standard Shipping delivery typically arrive in seven (7) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to remote locations.

Carriers:

Shipments are via Chit Chats, Stallion Express, and Canada Post.

INTERNATIONAL

At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds and returns can be arranged by emailing our customer support email bigspicefoodco@gmail.com. Please allow for 1-2 business days for a response. An alternate method of contacting us for returns, exchanges, or refunds is by sending a direct message to our Instagram account @bigspice.ca.
